This policy explains what BCC Interactive collects when you use bccinteractive.com, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. We have written it in plain language rather than legal boilerplate.

Information You Give Us
- Booking a call. Our scheduling is run by Calendly. When you book, you give Calendly your name, email address, the time you picked and anything you type into the booking questions. That information comes to us.
- Email signups and downloads. If you request a resource such as the AI Visibility Playbook, or subscribe to hear from us, we collect your name and email address through Klaviyo, our email platform.
- Emailing or calling us. Whatever you send us, we keep so we can reply and keep track of the conversation.
We do not ask for payment details on this website, and we never ask for sensitive information such as government identification numbers.
Information Collected Automatically
Like most websites, ours records technical information when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how long you stay, and the site or search that sent you. We use this to understand which pages are useful and which are not.
We also use Hotjar, which records anonymized session activity such as scrolling, clicks and mouse movement so we can see where pages confuse people. Hotjar masks text you type into fields.
Cookies And Tracking
Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. Ours are used to measure traffic, remember your preferences and show relevant ads. The services that set them are:
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for traffic measurement and conversion tracking.
- Google Ads for measuring ad performance and showing ads to people who have visited the site.
- LinkedIn Insight Tag for the same purpose on LinkedIn.
- Hotjar for the behavior analytics described above.
- Klaviyo to connect an email signup to the pages that person viewed.
- Calendly and Clutch where those tools are embedded in a page.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Most browsers also support Global Privacy Control, which we honor as an opt out request. Blocking cookies will not stop you from reading anything on this site.
How We Use What We Collect
- To reply to you and run the call you booked.
- To send the resource you asked for, and marketing email you can unsubscribe from at any time.
- To measure which pages, campaigns and keywords bring in business.
- To show our ads to people who have visited the site.
- To keep the site secure and working.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Some of the advertising tags above may count as “sharing” personal information for targeted advertising under state privacy laws. You can opt out by emailing us or by turning on Global Privacy Control in your browser.
Who Else Sees It
The providers named above process data on our behalf, each under their own privacy policy: Google, LinkedIn, Hotjar, Klaviyo, Calendly and Clutch. Our website is hosted by Kinsta. We may also share information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights.
How Long We Keep It
We keep inquiry and client correspondence for as long as we are working together, and for up to three years afterward so we can pick up where we left off. Email subscribers stay on our list until they unsubscribe. Analytics data expires on the schedule each platform sets, which is 14 months for Google Analytics by default.
Your Choices
- Unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of any marketing email.
- Ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hey@bccinteractive.com. We will respond within 30 days.
- Opt out of Hotjar using the Hotjar opt out page.
- Opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt out add on.
Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other states with privacy laws have rights to access, delete and opt out of targeted advertising. Email us and we will honor the request regardless of where you live. We will not treat you differently for asking.
Children
This site is for businesses. It is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes To This Policy
When we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If the change is significant, we will say so on the site.
